It is a lovely private house located in the countryside, perfect for outdoor entertainment.
It has a lovely spacious pool, large terraces and a fantastic outdoor kitchen with a professional barbecue/grill, stove and refrigerator. Fully equipped, all you need for cooking and dining outside.

The swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m) and spacious and beautiful terraces have find spots for lounging, sunbathing and eating.
You can prepare your meals beside the pool at the outdoor kitchen while your friends or children are swimming! Where do you find this luxury?.

You can even bring your pet, because the whole area is fenced. During the hot summer days and nights you can keep the house cool with the air conditioning.

On one side of the house you have three double bedrooms with two bathrooms and on the other side of the house you have a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom.

The lovely village of San Miguel is just 5 minutes away, and of course there are in the immediate vicinity many delicious local restaurants.
The cosy and charming Santa Gertrudis is a 10 minute drive, where the culinary choice is enormous: from authentic Spanish to French and Fusion …. Many nice shops to shop, car-free and a nice playground for children. Baby cots can be arranged too.

The beautiful north of Ibiza is a gem to discover!.
The Airport is 25 km away and Ibiza town at 15 km. The property has Alarm too.
