Floor 0 is actually the top floor of the villa, where are the entrance and parking are located. You will find there the main suite and its terrace, and a car park, closed with automatic gate, which can accomodate up to 3cars.
The floor -1 includes the living areas of the house. You will find the large living / dining room, and the modern and open kitchen, fully equipped.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large connected TV. Floor -2 is dedicated to the other 3 bedrooms and also has a laundry room.

Outdoors
