Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

Room 2
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, connecting room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm.

Room 3
Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 single bed 120 cm. Bathroom outside the room.

Main floor
Living-dining room with access to the side terrace. Table for 8-10 people. TV (Sony) with Astra satellite. Large sofas.
Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven (Smeck brand), microwave, dishwasher (Miele), fridge-freezer (Siemens), coffee machine (Jura brand) that uses natural coffee beans, blender, toaster and kettle.
Washing machine in an area adjoining the kitchen.

First floor
Lounge area with Moroccan-style cushions, Haima to relax and enjoy a tea or a drink with friends or family. Small wardrobe with board games and books.

Outdoors

Pool of 16m x 5m.
5-6 umbrellas around the pool and gardens.
10 Deckchairs.
2 outdoor dining rooms with tables for 8-10 people.

Staff & Services

From 24.06. – 09.09.23 the price includes a cleaning service 3 times a week (4 hours per intervention).
For the other periods, the price includes a cleaning service 2 times a week (4 hours per intervention).

Final cleaning is included, but the house must be returned in an acceptable condition. On the day of departure you must leave the house in the same state as it was when they arrived. The kitchen, BBQ and all the cutlery that belongs to it, needs to be cleaned and put in place and all garbage needs to be taken out. If this is not the case, a penalty will be charged (amount depending on the additional cleaning caused).

Location

The village of Es Cubell is only 5-7 minutes walk away, with supermarket.
The city of San Jose also has a large supermarket.
The nearest beaches of the city are 3-4 km away, Es Cubell Beach, Ses Boques, Es Torrent.
The villa is only 10 minutes drive away is the Cala d'Hort beach with magnificent views of Es Vedra. The beach of Cala Jondal, known to host different clubs is 15min. The city of Ibiza is located 20 minutes from the villa. Ibiza International Airport is 15 kilometers away.
