The village of San Carlos is 5 minutes by car, the nearest beaches are Cala Nova, Cala Martina, Es Canar, between 8 and 15 minutes by car. The city of Santa Eulalia 10 minutes and Ibiza town and airport 30 minutes by car.

Large living room with satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen and table for 4 people. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Annex house (70m2)
Lounge with TV and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and fridge. Covered porch with outdoor lounge.
Outdoors
Swimming pool 5x10m approximately, with terrace and deckchairs. BBQ area with large covered near with dining room. Neat garden with lawn.
