Casa Xarcu

Casa Xarcu is a charming country house in a completely rurale setting and situated in a picturesque valley, between the villages of San Rafael and San José. Spectacular views of the valley, peace and quiet to disconnect, nature wherever you look and a nice swimming pool.

Simple decoration without forgetting the essence of the Ibiza countryside, Casa Xarcu should offer you a relaxing holiday in Ibiza, it has 2 double bed rooms and a possibility of a child or fifth guest sleeping in the living room on a sofa bed.

One bathroom, a fireplace if you are staying with us during the Low Season period, a fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the porch from the kitchen and from the dining room.

The property has internet, no air conditioning but during the summer its thick walls (80 centimetres), which keeps the property cool during the summer and keeps the heat inside during the low Season. There is a microwave, a washing machine, dryer and iron, BBQ.

The Refundable Breakage Deposit is 1000 €. The per person Eco Tourist Tax is paid upon the arrival of the customer at the property.

Please see our rates for 4 guests. For the 5th and 6th guest (only children under the age of 12 years) a sofa bed can be used at an extra charge of 40 euros per night. All Rates Include Local VAT Tax.

Eco Tourist Tax of €2,40 per night per guest over 16 years of age, is not included in the current rates and is paid at the check-in time.
