The villa offers beautiful and comfortable interiors. The ground floor has a charming living room with fireplace and television, a fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge/dining room, a guest bathroom and four en-suite bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin).
There are three further double bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has a whirlpool bath in its bathroom, and another has a direct access to the terrace and the solarium.

Outdoors​ 

The property has its own artificial grass football field.
Guests can also enjoy an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a pleasant porch, a barbecue and several relaxation areas.
The villa has a covered parking for three cars and it is also possible to park more cars outside the property.

Location

The villa is located on the Carretera de Jesús towards the Cala Llonga. It is only a few kilometres from the port of Ibiza and Talamanca beach, 10 minutes drive from the airport and 6 minutes from Marina Botafoch.
The main amenities are easily accessible and the nearest supermarkets are only 15 minutes away by feet.
