Casa Reino

This magnificent property is located in the privileged area of Dalt Vila, in the historic old town of Ibiza. The property was built in the eighteenth century, in the year 1740, in the ancient city, the highest and most beautiful point of the city.

Dalt Vila was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1999.

 

Location
The nearest beach is Talamanca Beach about 10 minutes drive, the beaches of Den Bossa and Figueretas are 5-10 minutes by car.

There are a few restaurants and shops in the same neighborhood with narrow streets that provide a unique visitor experience.

The Cathedral of Ibiza is a few meters from the villa. The airport of Ibiza is about 15 minutes by car.

Due to the location of the villa (suburb of Dalt Vila – World Heritage Preserved) guests can arrive at the villa
with a single car (courtesy of the Town Hall) or by taxi.

2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room.
Room 7
2nd floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom outside the room, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also private balcony.

Indoors
Entrance hall. Guest WC. Garage for 1 car (quite small).
Ground floor – Small kitchen.
First floor – Living room with sofas, table and satellite TV. Dining room with a table that can accommodate between 10 and 12 people.
Cinema lounge with flat screen TV on the wall.
Fully equipped kitchen.

Penthouse (upper terrace) – Large terrace of approximately 220m2.
Pool (with swim against the current) – Deckchairs and parasols. – Barbecue.
