Villa BonAIRE offers optimum tranquillity, yet it is only 5 minutes away from the bustling sea-side town of Santa Eularia. In 15 minutes you can walk to the village via country-side secondary rural roads. The villa has wireless WI-FI inside and exterior of the property.

The nearest beaches are about 5 minutes away by car and Ibiza town is 20 minutes. The Mediterranean garden offers various areas to relax, including a refreshing swimming pool. There is a fence you can close towards the pool area and the garden around the house is fenced. It is safe for little children.
There is a covered terrace with a dining table in front of the villa and has a great BBQ. A great chill-out area invites you to enjoy the sunset.
Around the pool, there are comfortable sunbeds and parasols.

There is an exterior bathroom where the washing machine is. From the second level of the villa, you have beautiful views to the country-side, which is full of almond trees and other fruit trees. The villa is kept in the charming ibicencan style.

It provides 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. Eight (8) guests can relax at this lovely property, but there is a possibility to use a spare room for one extra Guest, so total 9 guests for an additional fee. Each bedrooms has a large plasma television with satellite and are fully air-conditioned. The rooms have ventilators for guests that don‘t like air-con.

All rooms in the property have smoke detectors and the property is No-Smoking inside. For small children, the owners provide cots ( 2 available ) and a high chair. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 with a full bath and 2 with showers. Each bathroom has hair dryers. Beach towels are provided for the pool or beach.
The property disposes of a safe. There is a covered double parking place for 2 cars.

The refundable Breakage deposit is €500 euros. All rates include VAT.
