Also the villa has central heating, aircon and a fire place for all the comfort in winter nights. 

On the ground floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with the en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an own independent entrance, a laundry room and a technical room for the solar, water and electricity.  Also on the ground floor you will find the living room and the very nice spacious open kitchen with a large dinning table for 10 persons. Aswell the kitchen as the living rooms is connecting with the outside terraces true big sliding glass doors.

On the 1^st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and on this floor you will find also a small living-room and a kitchen to be self-support if there is a preference. Also the 1^st floor is surrounding by terraces at both rooms and living-room.
