Main part
Entrance to living room with sofas and satellite TV and stereo. Open kitchen very well equipped with gas stove, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher (siemens), fridge, fruit press, Nespresso machine, electric mixer, toaster, water kettle, …
Direct access to the rear patio where there is a table for 6 people, barbecue umbrella and relax area with sofa and table.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer (only for the staff of the house.)

Outdoors
Relax zone with canapes located in front of the house with table and parasol. Entrance of the house with large outdoor lounge area with sofa and table for 10 people.
Round sofas and several umbrellas. Private swimming pool of 14m x 6m (Chlorée).
6 parasols. 5 sunbeds, Balinese bed, 2 large sofas and table for 10 people. Gas barbecue (Weber).

Outdoor dining room under a pergola. Open parking for 5-6 cars and covered parking for 2 cars.

Location
The village of San Carlos is just an 8-minute drive away. Santa Eulària 10 minutes by car. Those two villages have a lot of restaurants and shops.
The airport is 35 minutes away by car and the city of Ibiza is 20-25 minutes away.
