Indoors 

This minimalistic style house, is fully equipped and stands out for its incredible decor.
The property has a main house of 400 m², divided over two floors and a guesthouse of 80 m². 
Guests will appreciate the pleasant interiors of the house, which can accommodate up to 14 people in its 7 spacious bedrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a living room (with fireplace and TV), 2 bedrooms (located next to the living room), a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and an adjoining bathroom. 
The first floor has 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a whirlpool bath in the bathroom, and another has direct access to the terrace and solarium. 
Ever wanted to go clubbing in your own house? This villa may fulfill this desire. A combination of the latest technologies, fantastic music and the fabulous lighting will make the guests tingle in joy while they party away amongst friends.

Outdoors​ 

The property offers over 16,000 m2 of outdoor space, where it is possible to appreciate a walk or outdoor activities. 
Guests can enjoy terraces, an outdoor swimming pool and a table tennis table. Within the exterior parts of the property, there is also a  ́chill out ́ area with hammocks, four poster Bali-styled beds and a barbecue zone with its own exterior eating areas.
The villa has an underground parking for 8 cars and it is possible to park additional cars outside. 

Staff & Services

The price includes final housekeeping, a cleaning service twice a week and a change of linen (for bookings of at least one week), and pool/garden maintenance (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

Location

The villa is located on the Carretera de Jesús, near Can Ramón.
The port of Ibiza and the beach of Talamanca are only a few kilometers away.
